aTm just doesn't have national prestige. Football or especially basketball. Fisher might change that in football (but it will take a long time).

I don't think Buzz will ever be able to change that in basektball. They've updated almost every athletic center on campus except Reed Arena and they have no plans to do so last I heard. Subpar facilities equal subpar results.

I read you, bill, but, Vandy has enjoyed some success, and their b'ball arena is Weird with a capital W.

12th man is legit at Kyle Field. Not at Reed. If the money is legit, where are the arena upgrades? Oh yeah, not there. A&M will continue being a middle child in basketball. Not sure they'll be at the adult table for football any time soon, but it's way more likely than basketball.

I went to Ole Miss. Tad pad never lost and it was ten thousand max. Brought the roof down. Never lost to Florida or Kentucky ever in for years. That was in their prime. Early 2002, and so on. The new pavilion helps recruitment but they will upgrade there gym too.

That’s poor wording but a shatty ole Miss team brought down the number 1 and 2 teams multiple times with a crappy gym

and where did it get them? Any Final Fours? Any NCs? Let's go backward... Do they even have any Elite 8s? They have one. One. ONE. 1 Conference Tourney Championship in the last 30 years. Man, that crappy gym is P.R.O.D.U.C.I.N.G.

Now we have the Pavilion.
Tennessee has the biggest in conference and one of the highest attendance rates every year. Facilities matter in recruiting but why we don’t have one and dones? We aren’t a basketball school. Our players graduate.

Because they just started investing? Look how far the school has come as a basketball school since they started investing? Five schools get one and done players. What an absolutely STUPID measuring stick

Ole Miss has but the results aren’t there really!
Tennessee has the gym and facilities!
Our Summit made that happen
I’m not comparing the two. You get a call as senior in high school from UNC, Duke, VA, Michigan State, and Tennessee. Where do you go?
I worked for AAU tournaments and saw how coaches and assistants approached these players.
