I think he has 2 get some of the blame yes but as peyton said.. at some point the players have to listen... I really think an average tennessee qb (clausen like) would be 3-1.

It's Fulmer's fault there isn't an average QB in the game. So therefore, it still goes back to him.

stop making excuses for fulmer! every year since 2001 when we lost to lsu in atlanta( after leading the game into the 4th) you people make excuses for fulmer. there is 1 common denominator! IT"S FULMER!

How the hell is it CPF fault that we fumbled in the endzone?
How the hell is it CPF fault that Auburn only got one first down in the second half?
How the hell is it CPF fault that we started off inside the 50 and only needed a field goal to win and we couldn't get a first down?
How the hell is it CPF fault that Crompton missed the playcall and threw 20 yds out of bounds 6 or 7 times?
How the hell is it anybody's fault but Crompton?
Boooooooooooooooooooooo Crompton!

Fulmer needs to get his head out of his ass and put in a different QB. Auburn as other teams have learned that JC can't hit a receiver to save his own life. I fault him for that.

he has the QB in the game and is in charge of the recruiting program that apparently left us without a better option.

He also hired the O Coordinator. He also goes to practice daily.

If you can't see that Fulmer has some culpability here, you deserve the embarrassing nature of our play.

Absolutely.

Houston Nutt had a team the last couple of years with a QB not much if any better than Crompton. That team would beat this UT squad by five touchdowns.

Who is to blame when the players stop listening? When a ship has a mutiny....who do they throw overboard first? Making sense yet? :fool:

that's a huge stretch.

There isn't anyone on Arky's roster than can't outplay Crompton.

He hired Clawson.........He recruited Clausen ....... He OK'd the play calling..........He's the HEAD COACH, it's ALL his fault. C'mon.

QB play is not good at all, receivers dropping passes (when they are actually catchable-probably due to suprise), linemen and backs missing blocks....blame who you want, but I would hate to be Dave Clawson. Talk about having no chance at showing a succesful scheme...imagine taking the passing out of an offense!

I think alot of it is cromptom 3 and 11 and he throws a 4yd pass? On the 2 point play HE dosen't even throw it into the endzone. They need to pull him and put in a qb.The defence played there butts off hats off to them.

Possible definition of insanity...doing something over and over and expecting different results. We need to change something offensively....and I'm not sure it's the coaching.
