Mueller Report Imminent

Mueller turned the report over to the AG on Friday. Right?

If you read this thread or the news you'll see that Mueller informed Barr several weeks ago that he was not going to make a call on obstruction and it would be up to Barr and the DOJ - they had weeks to draw the conclusion (actually more since as the memo notes the majority of obstruction related issues are things known to the public). It wasn't one day or one hour or one week.

Trump and his lawyers don't get that opportunity.

Barr releases it directly; not through Trump and his lawyers.

I swear it's crazy how people just make stuff up about the process then react to the stuff they made up.

I made stuff up? Cool! I work for Business Insider now, since that's where I found the information! /s

BI is implying that the WH is seeking to correct it which is relying on a quote from Giuiliani a year ago. No where does it say that's what Barr is offering.

HunerW was inventing facts (Barr decided in an hour; Mueller does the redaction, etc.)

Why not wait until you see something happen to react to it rather than suggest it's going to happen so you can pre-emptively complain?

I remember seeing The Muell labeled as a patriot, man of integrity and incorruptible so much so that there was a push to "protect" him from Trump. Now you people think he would sit idly by while Barr or Trump plays shenanigans with his report?

He should have waited on the final report and shared all he could with the public and Congress. Instead he just exonerates everyone and basically says "trust me"? Would you trust Reno or Holder if it were Obama? Hell no. Besides the details are important also, not just the conclusion.

Trump said on Hannity tonight he will be releasing the FISA applications. He said he didn’t release them previously because he thought it would be construed as obstruction. More fun is on the way at some point!

Oh my , where’s humperwadel screeching for Trump to release the FISA warrants he said that on the 9 pm show and it’s 9:56 dang it !

1. Mueller specifically informed him of his plan for charges. Maybe you should blame Mueller if you think Barr should have waited.

2. He hasn't said "trust me". He's from the start said I'll release what I can. He plans to release the report. There are national security and legal considerations that cannot begin until the report was submitted by Mueller. I'm sorry you can't understand why it works this way but your ignorance of these issues is not a legitimate critique.

3. I would trust Reno or Holder presuming they (as Barr plans to do) gave us a heads up with a promise of getting the full report when it was cleared by the intel agencies.

4. The details are coming. You act as if Barr has said he will not release anything more. It's a completely false accusation. It's the opposite - he said the report is coming.

Would your preference be for him not to release anything until the Grand Jury testimony and intelligence reviews were complete? I can imagine the howling.
