Millions of Illegal Aliens From All Over The World Head For U.S. Border

DHS Continues Busing Border Crossers, Illegal Aliens into U.S. for Release

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is continuing to bus border crossers and illegal aliens into the United States in order to Release them into the Interior of the country.

Local media reports out of Phoenix, Arizona last week reveal that federal immigration officials continue to carry out the country’s Catch and Release policy, whereby border crossers are released into the U.S. while they await their immigration and asylum hearings. Border crossers claiming “credible fear” have an 88 percent chance of never being deported from the country.

U.S. citizen, 32, is arrested in Arizona after she was 'caught smuggling Fentanyl and Meth Wrapped in a Condom Inside Her Body' across the southwest border from Mexico

A United States woman was arrested on Friday after she allegedly tried to smuggle drugs 'inside' her body across the Mexican border into Arizona, authorities said.

The unidentified woman was driving a Nissan sedan when she was stopped for further inspection. She had been trying to enter the U.S. from Mexico through the Dennis DeConcini Crossing in Nogales.

A Custom and Border Patrol canine unit sniffed out the drugs and responding officers found that the woman had a concealed package 'inside her body', a release from the agency states.

The release continues: 'The woman voluntarily removed two packages that contained more than half a pound of methamphentamine, worth $1,710 and approximately .16 pounds of fentanyl, worth $2,100.'

Illegal immigrant and Gang Member with Long Criminal History 'Stabbed and Beat a Mother to Death' in California as police slam Sanctuary Cities that Protected Him From ICE

An illegal immigrant with a lengthy criminal history has been charged with beating and stabbing a mother to death inside her home in California.

Carlos Eduardo Arevalo Carranza, 24, was arrested on Monday for the murder of 59-year-old Bambi Larson, who was found dead at her home in San Jose on February 28.

Police say Carranza, who has no address and is a known gang member, stalked Ms Larson through her neighborhood before breaking into her home and attacking her.

San Jose Police Chief Eddie Garcia also revealed Carranza's lengthy criminal history, which began in 2013 when he was arrested crossing the border illegally in Texas and deported back to Mexico.

That was followed by ten arrests and at least three convictions for offences ranging from drug possession to battery, false imprisonment and burglary.

When he was arrested for Larson's murder, Carranza was on probation for possession of methamphetamine, paraphernalia, false imprisonment and burglary.

Garcia also revealed that ICE had applied nine times for a detainer on Carranza, a move which allows suspects to be held longer than their prison term so their immigration status can be investigated by federal officials.

All nine requests had been ignored by county officials, ICE field director Erik Bonnar said, allowing Carranza to be freed so he could offend again.

Border Rush: Guards to Release Migrants Without Detention, Ankle Monitors, Says Wall Street Journal

Border patrol officers will start releasing many of the myriad migrants crossing the Rio Grande without even going through the formalities of temporary detention or strapping removable tracking-devices to the migrants’ ankles, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal.

The policy comes as the migrant wave is expected to reach 100,000 this month, and shortly after Congress again refused to seriously fund a border wall or to fund additional detention beds for migrants, to penalize companies which hire illegals, or to reform border laws or even to bar the courts from cutting loopholes in the border laws. The Wall Street Journal reported:
Starting this week, hundreds of families caught each day in that area are being released by Border Patrol agents, instead of being handed over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for potentially longer detention, government officials said. The exact number will depend on how many there is room for in ICE detention facilities, which have filled up as a record volume of families are crossing the border.

Previous Deportee Busted Running Fentanyl Ring, Say Phoenix Police

A Mexican national arrested last week at a west Phoenix motel for possession of 15,000 fentanyl pills was identified as a previously deported criminal alien suspected of leading a local fentanyl, heroin, and methamphetamine ring, say police.

Previously deported 38-year-old Emmanuel Romero Hernandez was arrested by Phoenix Police narcotics detectives at a west-side Motel 6 last Tuesday and was later identified as a “leader of a Phoenix-based cell responsible for the sale and distribution of 50,000 fentanyl pills, multiple pounds of methamphetamine and heroin per month,” according to court records.

Romero Hernandez’s arrest took place when Phoenix Police received information from a patrol officer about possible illegal activity at a Motel 6 located near 59th Avenue and Interstate 10. A patrol officer arrested an adult female inside one of the rooms. During the arrest, officers observed drug ledgers and other paraphernalia which led to the request for assistance from narcotics detectives. Investigators later detained Romero Hernandez. Detectives searched the room and discovered approximately 15,000 fentanyl pills, two handguns, scales, multiple cell phones, and more than $9,000 in cash. After being interviewed, Hernandez claimed he was given $5,000 by two men he met the day before who allegedly told him to hold on to the fentanyl, according to authorities. Police transported Hernandez to the Maricopa County Jail and charged him with possession of narcotic drugs for sale, money laundering, and misconduct involving weapons for being an illegal alien in possession of a firearm.

Bokhari: On Immigration, Guns, and Speech, Banks Act as a Shadow Government

JPMorgan Chase announced earlier this month that it would stop doing business with private prisons, following pressure from Democrats and progressive activists who know that the private prison sector provides key services to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

The decision by JPMorgan is the latest in an increasingly popular tactic by the far left, which is to use the private sector to achieve policy objectives that would be politically or constitutionally impossible if attempted via government.

It also followed a similar decision by Wells Fargo in January, which said it would reduce its business relationships with private prisons as part of its “environmental and social risk management.”

Thanks to a craven corporate sector that allows itself to be led by a vocal minority of activists, the ability of ICE to do its job has suffered a significant blow, despite there being no democratic mandate for undermining the agency’s efforts to curb illegal immigration. Even a majority of Democrat voters oppose the far-left plot to abolish ICE – but if democracy mattered to the far-left, they wouldn’t be using unelected corporations to implement policy in the first place.

Salvadoran illegal immigrant who is charged with Four Nevada Murders 'robbed and killed his elderly victims during a 10-day rampage because he needed money to buy meth'

A detective says a Salvadoran illegal immigrant charged with four Nevada murders told police he robbed and killed his elderly victims during a 10-day rampage in January because he needed money to buy methamphetamine.

Wilber Ernesto Martinez-Guzman, 20, broke into tears and repeatedly called himself an 'idiot' before confessing to the murders during a police interrogation, a Reno grand jury heard.

$

Martinez-Guzman's confession came just hours after his arrest on January 19 in Carson City, the detective told the grand jury.

Washoe County Sheriff's Detective Stefanie Brady testified on March 13 that Martinez-Guzman initially denied any wrongdoing and was smiling and giggling through part of the questioning, according to the grand jury transcript obtained by the Associated Press.

But after the detective confronted him with several contradictions in his story during a nearly three-hour interrogation, he said through a Spanish interpreter he had 'done something that's unforgivable.'

She says he told her he shot the victims 'because of the drugs.'

Washington state deputy was killed by illegal immigrant, ICE says

A road rage suspect who investigators say shot and killed a Washington state sheriff's deputy and wounded a police officer earlier this week was in the U.S. illegally, federal authorities said Thursday.

In an email to Fox News, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) spokeswoman Tanya Roman said 29-year-old Juan Manuel Flores Del Toro, a Mexican citizen, entered the U.S. at Laredo, Texas, in April 2014 on a temporary agricultural worker visa.

Investigators say Flores Del Toro fatally shot 42-year-old Kittitas County Sheriff's Deputy Ryan Thompson and wounded 22-year-old Kittitas Police Officer Benito Chavez Tuesday night after they attempted to stop his vehicle following a driving complaint. He allegedly emerged from his vehicle and opened fire on the officers after a short pursuit.

Police: Illegal Alien Released by Feds Killed Alabama Mother of Two

A young illegal alien who was caught and released by federal immigration officials is now accused of killing a Mobile, Alabama mother and teacher in a head-on, hit-and-run crash.

Sonya Jones — a 49-year-old mother and teacher at Mobile’s Living Word Christian Center Kingdom Academy — was killed by 16-year-old illegal alien Domingo Francisco Marcos, from Guatemala, in a head-on, hit-and-run collision on March 18, Mobile County officials say.

According to federal immigration officials, Marcos entered the U.S. illegally through the southern border in Arizona two years ago. The illegal alien claimed asylum, was released from Department of Homeland Security (DHS) custody, and never showed up to his court hearing, thus living illegally in Alabama.

The illegal alien was denied asylum after failing to show up for his court date and was subsequently ordered deported. Like millions of other illegal aliens who are caught and released into the interior of the country by DHS, Marcos was not deported.

FLOOD OF ASYLUM REQUESTS FORCES BORDER CHECKPOINT TO SHUT DOWN

A record number of asylum requests and border crossings has forced the El Paso Border Patrol sector to temporarily close its highway checkpoints.

“We were told to go ahead and close down all the checkpoints,” a Border Patrol official told Texas Monthly. Agents who typically work at the checkpoints will instead be used to transport and process asylum seekers for an indefinite amount of time. “It’s really out of control. It’s bad,” the official continued.

These checkpoints are used to inspect cross-border cargo, where agents work to stop the flow of illicit drugs such as fentanyl, marijuana and methamphetamine from reaching the U.S. interior.

The surge in asylum requests comes as the U.S.-Mexico border is experiencing the highest levels of border crossings in over a decade. Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen announced on Monday that her department expects to apprehend nearly 100,000 migrants by the end of March, which would be the highest number of apprehensions since 2007.

MORE: A New 'Migrant Caravan' Has Formed And Is Headed To The U.S.-Mexico Border

Yet another caravan of "some 1,200 migrants" has formed near the Mexico-Guatemala border and is snaking its way across Mexico to the United States-Mexico border, Reuters reports.

This time, to avoid recent efforts by the Mexican government to crack down on migrant caravans entering into Mexico by way of Guatemala, the group first crossed into Mexico as individuals and then formed into a caravan in the Mexican border town of Tapachula.

The migrants are "from Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador and Cuba," according to reports along the border.

The development is likely to do little to ease tensions over the Trump Administration's immigration policies, or between the United States and Mexico. The latter pledged several months ago to do all it could to intercept migrant caravans before they made it too far through the country, offering migrants headed to the United States temporary asylum within Mexico and accelerated access to work permits and the Mexican immigration system.

The strategies haven't worked, though, and migrant caravans continue to push through Mexico to the United States, worsening a growing problem on the border, and crowding Mexican border towns with illegal immigrants in line to declare asylum at Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico border checkpoints.
