My daughter was in her medical residency at ETSU and we kind of fell in love with the mountains and area. little more snow than we get here in west Tennessee though!

Exactly. I have cousins that live there in the Knoxville area. We'd visit them when I was younger and we would always go to the Smokey Mountains.
