Don't think either is bad. Any frustration you have with spending should focus over AA's head.

I wish they'd done something different in RF, but having a young team that won the division last year and playing it safe isn't the craziest thing in the world.

Edit: Just finished it, I liked it quite a bit. If you've ever played the game Ghost Recon: Wildlands, there were a ton of similarities in plot.
