Wow, I didn't even realize until reading Rucker that the basket interference play was called a 3!!! wtfff it was clearly tipped, so regardless of it being interference or not how in the hell do they get 3 points for that?? SEC office needs to get to fing work. Embarrassing.
Not only that, but it was changed from a 2 to a 3 in the middle of UT’s possession. Without a review from the refs... How?

That demonstrative call with about 10 blows on the whistle in the UNC Duke game can only mean one thing...

It’s Teddy Valentine

And I shouldn't have to move to get the job I want? It's the NBA/NFL rules that make them wait 1-3 years. Colleges were never made to pay students. Kid can go to xfl, cfl, play streetball with The Pharmacist or with the harlem globetrotters. Always an option. Minor leagues are all over.
Right cause moving around the US is the same as moving to another country....you're trying to hard

Have a feeling the committee is going to put us at the 2 seed opposite of Gonzaga in the West for a possible Elite 8 rematch.

Because we are Tennessee.

Would love to drive up to Anaheim to watch them play.

Miss St can be dangerous.

Especially playing them again so soon. Then again I won't worry about a quick exit from the SECT. I don't think it will affect our seeding. We'll still get a 2 or 3 seed. Maybe some extra rest will do this team some good.

I kind of look at it the opposite. I would rather them not be day one starters. I wish Richmond would stay but i would rather not have 2 day one true freshman starters on the OL. Especially with a non mobile QB
I agree, unless they are just so much better out the gate, that they are clear immediate upgrades than the guys we have already...it's Butchna that just wants to start them no matter what...he thinks they are already there just because they had a bunch of shiny stars next to their names.

I do think they are more naturally talented than almost all the OL we have, and I think they will be stars, but I don't think they are going to be ready right out the gate...especially not Wright since he won't be here till summer.

Arkansas w Gafford

Yeah...the one that had almost 30 NBA scouts at TBA, but yeah Weatherspoon scores 18.4 PPG he's the best!

We handled the 3 teams we could potentially face pretty well in the regular season. Ole Miss gave us the biggest challenge, so personally I don't want to face them again. I also think Ole Miss can beat UK.

Would any on our roster even have a chance to play overseas let alone the NBA if they hadn't had the coaching, facilities, and stage to showcase their talent? Did they make TN or did TN make them?

Ideal OL starting line up for me, and this is under the assumption they won the jobs being better ready to start and not just cause of being here longer.

LT - Niehaus or Jahmir or Morris
LG - Ryan Johnson
C - Kennedy
RG - Carvin
RT - Tatum

Guys that could push to start and will be backups I think
Chris A, Ollie, Locklear & Wright I think with Jackson & McBride missing spring workouts and practice they'll be the likely RS candidates.

Yes, but we suck. At least that's what I have been reading here.

I guess we are reading two different sights. I am reading that we should have finished off the season with a win. There's nothing wrong pointing out the obvious in today's game and doesn't mean are a bad team but today we weren't a very good team. AU out play us in the second half and we helped them by bad shot selections, sloppy ball handling and poor defense. I'll say this, if we play like we did today we want go very far in the SEC or the big tourney.

We ended the game like we played the second half . Sloppy and awful. A game we should have never lost. Again we played to the other teams level.
This team does not seem to understand that they have to keep up their defensive intensity consistently to be all they could be, and should have been to this point. The worst thing that happened to the team this season, is that they figured out they could score a lot, that they had a pretty good offense. I believe they let up defensively this season because of that one reason.

Look at the last two games before this...they totally obliterated two really good teams because they came out intense and focused on defense. They let up today and got beat by an inferior team with a SEC championship on the line...I fear that does not bode well.

How they play defense the rest of the way will ultimately decide this teams fate, not how good they play on offense.
