I gotcha..I misunderstood or just kind of mixed your comment up with InVols professed hatred of the game. I feel the same way about MLB as you. I hate what the economic inequity and greed of MLB and the players union has done to the game, you can never get a feel for team because these guys never stay together for long anymore. I miss the old days when teams would hold together for a while.
I think this is exactly why many of us grew tired of baseball. Teams stayed together longer and you grew to know the players like Eddie Matthews, Hank Arron, Chipper Jones, Dale Murphy, Glen Hubbard, Ralph Garr, Pat Jarvis, Cleat Boyer, Bob Horner and many many others. Now a play sticks around maybe two years and gone.
