I guess you are the type that would argue with a sign post lol. People are uploading it to YouTube videos where they are inserting it but by all means keep the blinders on
I don’t doubt that’s probably the case now but the picture of “Momo” is from a Japanese sculpture so there’s no animation to it at all.

So what’s interesting is we had a panic about something that people shared without verifying it’s validity - it got so big that people caught onto it - and now they’re getting their laughs by riding the wave.

The internet is a wild place.

The moral of the story is if you let your kids stare at a screen unsupervised and that screen is connected to the world, you get what you get.

Its sports. People get all riled up and do things they'd never do if they weren't in a crowd of 10s of 1000s. Don't ever want it to happen, and have never nor plan on taking part in anything like that myself. However, its understandable. Extrememly immature, but understandable (these are drunk college kids we're talking about.)

I mean Ole Miss fans probably just thought the Vols were dehydrated after a long game. Just trying to get them fluids faster by tossing drinks at them. It all makes sense now!

I should know right? Kinda like getting coaching advice from guys who have never coached anything?

the best is when I send my daughter's coach a text with just "observations I made" during the game the other night from the stands... I am at a higher view and can see the entire field for goodness sakes and she is on the sideline... soooo....

The way i see it is we’ve played 4 games that are elite 8 level imo. We are 1-3 in those.

Kansas
Gonzaga
Kentucky
LSU

To clarify this post from earlier. I think we are very similar to Georgia’s football team this year as of right now. Beat up on a lot of weak teams abs they played 4 good teams all year.

Florida
LSU
Bama
Texas

They went 1-3.

We are good enough to beat anyone when we play our best but so are probably 10 other teams in the country. I think this team is good enough to win the sec title and at least make it to the elite 8. I don’t know if we can string together 2-3 A game performances to get us in the final 4.

Loyola Chicago made the Final Four last year. South Carolina made the Final Four two years ago. We are 100% good enough to make a Final Four. If we play well, we will have as good as shot as any of making it. However, it comes down to 1 game, in many cases, just a few plays going your way or not. Just because we don't make it doesn't mean we weren't good enough, just means we didn't. Not as black and white as people want it to be.

Also, to your other question about whether or not just a Elite 8 appearance would be considered a success or not. I believe it is rare for us to have a team as good as this one is. So, in the moment, it would be considered a letdown to not make the Final Four. If they make the Elite 8 and lose, it will be considered a disappointment in the short term, but will be a team celebrated as one of the best Vols teams ever in the long term. We aren't among the blue blood programs that have a legit crack at the Final Four every single year. When an opportunity like this comes along, there is more pressure for us to try and take advantage. Just my two cents.

The Twitter comments state the students were mad about the lightning delay with apparently clear skies. The players were not the target. I'm not trying to comment on the wisdom of this particular protest, but if you're going to be mad at someone, at least be mad for the right reason.

I’m honestly just sick of hearing about the refs and calls. Every teams gets bad and good calls. It’s almost just a mindset for readying up the excuse machine for me now.
Crying wolf is the issue imo.
Fans complain about the refs in every event so it gets played down, even when it's legit. Possibly to the point of extreme.

Kentucky's calls aren't a TN thing. They get the same red carpet treatment for almost every team they play. It can be overcome but it shouldn't have to be.
The LSU guy speaks for itself. 44 whistles vs the 23 average and overwhelmingly one sided.

No offense to anyone but it shouldn't be difficult. Be mentally capable of knowing which is which.
90% is just normal fan complaints.
KY, just made the score worse but we weren't winning that night.
LSU, we got screwed. Pretending otherwise is as asinine as crying wolf.

Do y'all not consider the fact that the Momo thing ALWAYS happened to someone else's kids and not your own kids to be a little bit suspicious? I know I'm just some random internet dude but bring me someone who is willing to provide a first hand account and we can talk.

Snopes is wrong. My son knew exactly who momo was when we asked. He had not seen the "task" video but did see it pop up in a roblox video and stopped it.

And for those who have kids who watch YT kids and didn't know they did add a restricted mode a few months ago that locks it to only let them see what you want. You can pick the channels and or videos that you are ok with and they cant only see that content and unable to search or be recommended similar.
