So here's my deal

I'm staying on nights for several months

Actually me and the guy ahead of me, and letting lazy bones have the first day shift spot. We could both take it, but it's not the rotation either of us want. I really like the boss, but my fishing buddy is on the other rotation. Big boss said I'd get that on nights for now, and get his rotation on days when the other guys are done training. So I'm staying.

That means I'm gonna work Sunday night, then be off Monday and Tuesday!

The only downside, he asked if I'd still work some overtime for a while. Not every night, just rotate with another guy. That'll be extra $ for Idaho and Florida though, so I don't mind.

I'll just be glad to have some days off. I got some painting to do!

Probably a year or so out, but I want to remove the carpet and do hardwood
