I am late to the party about the letting go of Fair and the hiring of Ansley. Sounds like we trade up in this deal. Nothing against Fair but sounds like we got a really good DB coach and another awesome recruiter. CP is loading this staff with not only good coaches but recruiters also. Can you image what our class is going to look like next year!
