Neither will start. DK & Bituli didn't exactly leave the program...

What -I- hope happens is Crouch can RS. Him & JJ both starting next season as under class man & at least 2 full spring camps a piece = instant production.

Pittman pulled em in both in 17 and 18 tho. Kids don’t mind being part of something big as long as it isn’t 4 deep...less it’s Bama.

If Crouch is healthy he ain’t redshirting. Speaking of healthy, Kirkland doesn’t start all season...if at all.

Only way Crouch redshirts is due to injury. He will be an outside guy anyways. Kirkland hasn’t necessarily been setting the world on fire. But it will be JJP or To’oto’o that will take his spot.

He came here to play LB, which he doesn't exactly know how to do at this point...

I didn't say he would RS, the fact he is on campus already leads me to believe he won't. But unless he just balls out I don't know that he leaps over 2 seniors to become a starter. If he is moved outside and has great speed he could start though.


It's an interesting group now at LB. Roman, Henry, Crouch, DKjr, Bituli, Ignont, Reid, Allen, Taylor, JJ, Page...lots of talent. Just gotta find the guys who can produce

saip, but yeah, Crouch plays early and often at OLB. bitulli and JJP should be the guys at ILB...

easier path to the field at OLB right now. HT will probably play, but i don't know he gets near the snap count.

and with Taylor on the other side of Crouch, even if HT is a 4 for 4 LB, he's still rotational, or situational, for the time being.

i wouldn't worry too much about it. i think if these two LB's are as good as we think they can be, they'll get on the field.

but we do have some dudes that can play.

I think all 4 of those guys play a ton this season and it helps our Defense into the top half of the league defensively.

People need to get off Wienke. He has been mentioned multiple times recently by several recruits as being a big factor for them. Atlanta Vol even said the guy is a key piece and does a lot more than many see.

He was brought in for his IMG connection....what prize recruit has he been on and landed? where was he on the list for recruiting on the staff?
