solomon, Aubrey, or the little WR?Welp, let’s finish with Wright, Solomon, and I guess that judo SC DL commit.
The receiver. It’s possible they don’t sign anyone other than Wright and hopefully Harris. Really hope he’s in the classsolomon, Aubrey, or the little WR?
and that SC DL is committed to USCe, right?
i'm of the opinion that if we aren't going to get who we want to close with in this cycle, don't sign anyone other than Wright and Harris. and if later in the spring you find something that can actually be productive in a position of need as a GT, then explore that option.
otherwise, carry the spots forward to the 20 class.
Vols rank #2 nationally, #1 in SEC in returning production. Usually a solid indicator of improvement from year to year.
yep. Jordan Allen, Nyles Gaddy, JJP in there as well. you're adding Harrison and Crouch for sure. and in 20 you're getting Jordan Davis. The important thing in this class is lineman.
We've got a dozen LBs on roster quite a few we're 4 stars. Some names people have completely forgotten.
DeAndre Johnson, Shanon Reid, Will Ignont, Solon Page III...I hope we get something out of these guys this season. Ignont was a very highly rated ILB from Alabama.
Wright >> PetetersonThis signing day is shaping up just like last year. Had a great early signing period with big targets (Carvin, Banks, DWA in 2018, Crouch, Gray in 2019) but stumbled down the stretch failing to make any headway with a major target. Well land Wright who, just like Peterson last year we all knew was coming, but won’t add anyone of note.
Stinks
I agree and never said otherwise. Just saying it’s very similar to the way last years class finished. All the big booms came in DecemberWright >> Peteterson
Crouch >> Carvin/DWA
Gray >> Banks
At least based on rankings, and at this point in their college careers that's really all we have anyway. Don't forget we added Solomon/Gibbs as well. This class is much better than last year.
