I don't believe that's true. From what I've read since he didn't take an OV if they wanted to they could count him in '20 but if there's an open number in '19, he'll obviously count in this class.

The issue is he's enrolled. On scholarship now, all assume. Haven't read anywhere he's paying his own way or anything and that would be crazy to try and outrecruit uga with "hey dont take a full ride at uga, come pay your way at ut". We're talking a former 5* not a scrub just taking anything he can get. Athletic scholly means full "cost of attendance" too, and guaranteed medical treatment, quite valuable.

I trust Callahan in all issues regarding recruiting (he really knows his ish regarding rules, how the numbers work, etc) and asked bluntly Callahan said he firmly believed he'd have to be a 19 guy.

I hear that his Aggie trip was First class all the way for Chris and his family, and he was very impressed.

Vols will have to roll out the Orange Carpet to get him.

I have a feeling an OV at TN is as good or better than one to Aggieland. Plus, deep down he wants to be a Vol. We win in the end.
