My understanding--and maybe I'm wrong--is that Trump has these in his private capacity with WH employees. Trump is not the employer and these guys are not his employees. These are government employees. Have a hard time seeing how they'd be enforceable by Trump in his private capacity.

What consideration did the Trump campaign provide for his agreement not to disclose? His job is with the federal government, not the campaign, so it can't be his employment. Seems like a gratuitous promise, at least on the surface. And there are usually pretty strict restrictions on those doing campaign work vs. work for elected officials (for obvious reasons).

Why would you want washed up politicians that sucked so bad at their job they had to either quit or got the get shirt handed to them ? Fox went with the one who’s been doing the job already he’s not new .
