Holly has no idea the fault lies with her.....If a player is not producing (Davis) sit their butt down...The team has no respect for her, and they don't fear her....That is a combination for defeat.

An editorial in a leading national newspaper addresses the Venezuelan crisis of inept leadership. With minor name changes, it fits our dilema.

"What is indisputable at this tense moment is that Mr. Maduro’s Ms. Warlick's misrule has become intolerable and that she must go. A formidable array of countries have recognized a fresh young leader. It is now their duty to do everything in their power to persuade Mr. Maduro, Ms. Warlick, if necessary by guaranteeing him her haven, that his her final act must be a peaceful exit."

(Holly stand her ground)..Ya She's standing alrite, she needs to stand in her house, far from the players and the program. I'm surprised that non of the commentators had said anything really bad towards her coaching. "A child that cries all nite and say, I will not let mommy & Daddy sleep, the child will not sleep as well". (As it rains upon the slaves, so as it rains upon the escorts mens escorting the slaves).

Retire with grace...put on a nice dress, makeup and announce in a presser that you are retiring. Everyone would be so shocked at your appearance the fact you are leaving will not even bother them.

Warlick Quote: "I'll continue to say that talent doesn't mean a lot if you don't have the heart, the effort and the grit, and I thought we had that tonight."

let me fix it............

Warlick Quote: "I'll continue to say that talent doesn't mean a lot if you don't have the heart, the effort, the grit; or a coach."

The question isn't if she'll stand by them, because she's paid to do that.
The question is if they'll stand by her, because.........fill in the blanks.

I don't remember. When has she won a 2nd half?

Well, when she goes to division 3 team she can recruit heart there instead of talent.

Just once. Could she take responsibility for something that went wrong? Has she ever once said “I made a mistake” or “ I wish I had done .....”? While at first glance it may seem like she supports the players, what she is really doing is blaming them for everything. These girls are not dumb. They hear what she is saying. Not admitting mistakes is a true sign of a weak leader.

"No, it is not" -

I've said this before. If Holly digs in here she's going to do serious damage to her long term legacy here.

That post AL presser where she spoke @ "everything swirling around this team" and "I think Pat would have been proud of us tonight" caused me to shudder a little. This where she throws the team itself into the whirlwind of her own personal problems makes me shudder further.

None of the media crap is going to make or break her. She needs to win on the court. It's her ONLY hope. If she stirs up the blue hairs nest and backs her team and staff against HER wall, then it's going to get ugly for her and a lot of others.

Think long term young lady. THINK.

The out of conference schedule in November and December was filled with cupcakes. Teams that were sooo outmatched physically didn’t require Coaching acumen for a win. And Holly was quoted as saying the early schedule was made in order to prepare the team for SEC play. No, Holly. It was made to pad your wins number. It did NOTHING to prepare this team for league play. All it did was temporarily disguise your coaching ineptness.

Exactly what I said. She continued to play weak teams to increase her winning #s, funny that those weak teams turned around to expose her.

Yeah she's not going to step down on her own free will. i honestly feel that the only way she will do it is if she's begged to do so or if they can convince her to step down all behind closed doors.

To cap off 'We Stand with Pat week, Holly should resign how.

That is what Pat would want.

Actually, Pat would not have let it drag out nearly this long.

Holly needs a true friend to tell her its time to move on. Fulmer, Debbie Jennings, many alums to choose from, just somebody needs to sit down with her and be real about the situation at hand.

Naw, Holly doesn't need any friend to tell her to step down..Watch her pancake ass get fire without her stepping down. Just watch the news.
