I haven't been her long and some of you know I'm a Liberal. But I don't get why the FBI went in with guns drawn and had CNN filming it all. If the FBI was afraid rounds may be fired they should have moved CNN and anyone else back at least a block.

Granted we don't have all the info but I believe an explanation is due.

Andy McCarthy is a Republican who writes for the National Review. He sees only what he wants to see. That indictment is filled with links between the Trump campaign and WikiLeaks... the links between WikiLeaks and the Kremlin have long been established. This doesn't require any connecting of the dots.

They realize their deniability need not even be plausible in order for the redhatters to completely buy in.

He’s the one seeing only what he wants to see!? Not quite. He’s right though. You’re the one who said that Stone was the conduit between Bannon/Trump and Wikileaks. Unfortunately that’s not what the indictment showed. It showed that he was BSer. Bannon wouldn’t have been texting Roger Stone if that were the case.

I haven't seen you say that about CNN,MSNBC or some of the loony left people here post from twitter. That's weird

On August 21, 2016, Roger Stone tweeted this: "It will soon be Podesta's time in the barrel," In September, Stone told the Boston Herald Radio that "Julian Assange and the WikiLeaks people are ready to drop a payload of new documents on a weekly basis fairly soon. And that of course will answer the question of what exactly was erased on her e-mail server." Then, on October 7, 2016, Stone's predictions came true: WikiLeaks began publishing thousands of e-mails hacked from Podesta's Gmail account. From a strategic standpoint, the date October 7, 2016 was optimum for the Trump campaign. That was the day that the Access Hollywood video was released. The WikiLeaks Podesta dump was withheld until then in order to minimize the impact of that "Grab 'em by the p***y!" video.

Stone could only have known that Podesta's Gmail account was hacked from his contact with WikiLeaks... that was not publicly held information in August of 2016.

LOL! The indictment shows how Stone was exactly right... He was privy to what would be released by WikiLeaks... and he communicated that to Bannon.

LOL! Why does it bother people that CNN was there? Does that change anything? Look, Trump is constantly attacking the credibility of the FBI and he has made some enemies in the bureau without a doubt. It's very easy to understand why they might want video of them taking down one of Trump's chief defenders. Would they call Fox News? Of course they wouldn't. They would call the media outlet that Trump hates the most and let them have the scoop. Not anything wrong with that either.

So it's OK for the FBI, DOJ and other government agencies to align themselves with a political party and media outlets to effectively target and attempt to sensationalize an arrest of this type?

What's next? FBI and DOJ reality TV?

So the FBI which is not supposed to play favorites and especially not with the damn media, is ok to call and have a pandering network follow along for the ride because they hate this President? Wow

Simple answer is theater. Have you ever asked yourself why the Muell almost always acts on a Friday?

Ok had a meeting this morning and was busy.

People are tweeting and saying CNN reporter Shorter was standing out there at 5am with cameras rolling when the FBI rolled up to the house at 6am. This looks terrible on Mueller and the FBI.

Once people started point that out Shorter said this...

And to that I say LMFAO.

No it doesn’t. All it shows is Stone claiming to have insider info. It doesn’t show he actually did. Again Stone is a bullshitter and was trying to inflate himself. All that BS just got him indicted for lying. That’s it.

No. If anything this looks terrible on our agencies involved including CNN and the Democrats.

He was also Asst US Atty for SDNY. Somehow you forgot to mention that though.
