I apologize if I offended you. How long have you been out on Snitker? I get it. I was so mad at the Cubs when they went with Mike freaking Quade as their manager instead of Ryne Sandberg a number of years ago and I get mad at Maddon some, but he won a world series, so I guess I let it go. Fans tend to remember the bad moves that a coach or manager makes and slough over one a lot of the hundreds of decisions during a season that they make that work out very well. As an outsider who has not seen that many games, I think you have to ride with Snitker because of the improvement that they showed. Do you think he had any influence in bringing up Acuna when they did? I bet he did. So, he has made some good decisions. Sometimes you make the best possible decision and a player on another team makes a great play or gets a game-winning hit on a great pitch. It happens. One last question...what do the baseball fans who live in Atlanta like you think of Snitker?
He sucks...because his name sounds like a candy bar...so he's not himself.

Saw Metallica last night. When they played “Sad But True,” I wanted to put on shoulder pads and a helmet and go wreck someone.

I think if you played high school football in the mid-90s, the Black album was required listening before a game.
Just saw that they were in Bham last night. Hate I missed that; was it a good show overall?

To keep the post partially on topic. We finish strong on NSD and Chaney's presence added two wins to next season's results over a Helton led O - minimum. That tells me 8 W's is likely and more possible. We will seen huge improvement in the O-line and QB play to go with a scheme that fits the players. S&C development and consistency will shine. I expect the Total O to rank top 60 and D to improve to Top 35. Tee's presence on the recruiting trail pushes them to top 5 for 2020 in the recruiting class rankings as we become WRU again. The hype train will be loud and productive as the W's start happening next season. We back.

Speaking of the great game of baseball, I loved Basilio's comment this morning on his blog after discussing Rivera being the first former player to get 100% of the HOF vote. "Who were the morons that didn't vote for Aaron, Mays, Mantle, Schmidt, Griffey Jr, Bench and a myriad of other greats?" Every once in awhile Tony hits a HR.

Vols going to take the Dores to the woodshed tonight. Hope everybody on the bench plays and scores.

How the **** can anyone watch every game in a MLB season? 😖

I watched the exact same amount of baseball last year, as I did women's canoeing (none). I tried to get into baseball again, since the Braves were better than expected, but I just can't anymore. The demands from the players, the steroid era, slow play, and the ridiculous contracts, has ruined it for me.

lol McGill in one of his moods.
Seriously though...they need to start a football info only thread for anal retentive jerks..that way they can read their 3-4 posts a day of off season info and go about their business.

I mean who really gives that much of a crap that Saban hired some dude nobody much has heard of to be his WR coach?

Baseball is my favorite sport and I love it. With that said I won't watch an entire game on tv until the playoffs. Just too many games to do that imo
If the team I'm cheering for is good (Braves), I can watch games during the regular season. If they suck I never tune in. No where near the excitement of football or college basketball though. Hate NBA and dont really even care for NFL.

Hubbs was on 104.5 this morning and said Vols only have 3-4 slots remaining for this class. Said Wright, Henry T, and Russell have those with a possibility of Pickens for the 4th. Nothing earth shattering and spent most of the segment talking about tonight’s game.
Hope that's the 4 we close with, but the first 3 would be just fine.
