I was that way too. I had to walk out on the game in the 3rd Quarter because my wife and I had plans and I needed to clear my head.


First time in my life I've walked out on a Vols game since I began watching them when I was about 10.

That game was a load of crap. I watched that whole thing, and it seemed like...

1. The players have all the disipline of a 15 year old juvenile
2. Fulmer's play calling is similar to mine. When I play NCAA 09. Except that on a video game, 3rd and 15 might as well be 3rd and 2.
3. Phil needs to go.

I have e-mailed Mike Hamilton about Phillp Fulmer's sorry ass performance over the last 8-9 years. I mentioned; we have not won a SEC or National Title since 1998, have not been to a BCS bowl in 9 years, and we are losing big to our biggest rivals.

As a matter of fact, the next home game we should boo as soon as they hit the field. Let's let them know how we feel!!!!! They suck. The coaches suck.

We're doomed. They are pathetic. I'm tired of spending my hard earned money to watch my favorite team. They are not worth it. Garbage is what they are.

well if you had plans with your wife, that's something else. even with sports there are times where more important things take precidence

Considering the UTAD is entirely self-sustained... and fan donations and financial expenditures have an immediate and substantial tie-in to that... and the UTAD uses that money to pay for the VASF... yeah. I would say it SHOULD matter to them what the fans think.

Just kidding. I can see your side too. If it was MY 22 year old out there playing, I'd be mad as heck at folks booing. We're just frustrated. Some of us are actually old enough to remember when the Vols were the MIGHTY Vols and other teams trembled.

If you ever have a kid, if he is blessed enough to be able to compete in Div I football, you won't want to send him to UT. Much (not all) of the fan base is utter Sh&t. Many of those never attended the University, but they believe it is there god given right to boo the hell out of the team because the bought a ticket and a $5 hotdog.
