Just an update to this.. my sister-in-law found the guts to call the police on this as*hole and managed to, despite the fear she had for herself, get him sent back to jail. My wife and her father are still in route to pick her up.

Prayers seem to be coming true! Now, we can just pray for their travels and hope they get back safe!

Thanks NATION!
Prayers and I know what you are going through. My daughter was being physically abused by her boyfriend and she held it from me and it took alot for her to confront it and get it out of her life. I know the feeling of helplessness and pray for her and your family.

Don't know where Thompson fits with current staff or if he would come in a Lilly type role on defense but he wanted to be here last yr in Pruitts first staff. Loves Knoxville and with chaney back he probably is even more interested if we found him a spot

Man, anyone else listen to Dan Carlin’s Hardcore History? He’s got a new episode out on the leadup to Pearl Harbor.

I wish someone would do something like this for football, like the personalities behind the development of the pro style offense, or the fall of Baylor. They try to adapt the 30 for 30s to podcasts, but I don’t think it works nearly as well as tv.

Love the Roman ones on the Punic Wars and the fall of the Republic. The Eastern Front series was tremendous as well. That’s a part of WW2 that doesn’t get covered much because the USA wasn’t involved in it, but the level of destruction and killing that occurred are just mind-boggling.

I'm assuming he was one of our analyst/support staff? What made him stand out in your estimation? (asking because I don't recognize the name)

Major recruiting asset. Younger dude, relates to the kids like neids. He gets mentioned a lot, I think he’s one of the guys that is with them most during their visits.
