Man, VolNation forums can take 180° turns like nobody's business. Most of the time it is because we, the passionate fanbase, allow it to happen with rumors, "insider" info., and just wanting great things for Tennessee! I guess that is why we continue to ask for more.

However, what I TRUELY appreciate and respect, and while admittedly, am often saddened, are the heart felt stories that some choose to share. The courage it takes to open up and confide in, as is often the case, anonymous fellow VolNation followers, is remarkable. It is definitely something that takes tremendous courage. Furthermore, the support for those that share such stories is amazing! Times like these are what epitomizes the VOLUNTEER spirit that flows through each and every one of us.

So, @chargervol , @Geronimo , @CreiveHallVol , and others (I apologize for not mentioning specifically), I salute you! Your stories are an inspiration and helps put life in a different perspective. I pray that whatever is put before you, that you stand tall and have the faith that GOD will guide you and your families through it. Peace and comfort to all. GOD Bless!

Bringing the family to the b-ball game tomorrow. How does parking work for basketball?

Park at the Ag Campus and take the shuttle to TBA.

Get there early, though. At least an hour before tipoff and probably 15-30 minutes before that even. My dad and I parked there for the TTU game and arrived about 45 minutes before tip and the lot was almost full.

Love that about VN, RF.
I was hesitant for a long while but very glad that I finally did. Some may think that the encouraging words don't do much but as I learned, that's just wrong. This place has helped renew my determination and hope.

No matter the outcome, I have experienced a sense of enjoyment here the last month or so and that means more than I can say.
Thank you.., all of you.

Sending you love and light. My wife and tried for years, numerous endo surgeries, finally got pregnant, and lost him (we had Named him Josh) almost 4 months in. We still talk to him and celebrate the time we had thinking about what life would be like with him.

Thank you for sharing. You and your wife have certainly dealt with more trails than most. I pray you continue to find comfort. It’s comforting to hear others have been there and understand your pain.

You live your truth by sharing it with others. Thanks for the love and prayers.

Oh my word, I’m so sorry to hear this. Yes he was very much a life and part of your story. Praying for a time of grieving and healing for you. We are dealing with a close family member who just completed a D&C for a miscarriage.

Thanks @engineerVOL. Of all the things people offer, prayer is most vital and necessary.

Yeah I normally pay a little more to be close. If you don’t mind the shuttle then the AG campus is the way to go.

I was impressed by the shuttles. I thought it would be a cluster but they do it right. You gotta wait in line for a bit to board but they have like 7-8 shuttles running an hour or so before the game up to tip-off and then I believe they start running again after halftime.

I never meant to hijack the thread and apologize to those who prefer to keep it focused on recruiting. I get that. Normally I don’t share but have learned that others may find comfort in knowing they are not alone in their pain. If my experience can help others grieve or be a witness for Christ, I don’t want to miss that opportunity. To all that are suffering afflictions, loss, or pain of any kind, my heart and prayers are with you.
