I don't necessarily agree with all of this but UCF has developed a really good home field advantage and atmosphere since putting the stadium on campus. Gets really loud there considering it only holds about 47,000. And the bounce house nickname is appropriate. The whole dang stadium bounces when people get going. Not sure I'd put them 4th but it's nice to get some recognition for the atmosphere there. Spoiler, bama is 1st.

They’re still the flagship program for women’s athletics. And they’re still capable of plowing revenues and profits into the AD.

Women’s basketball has never and will never even come close to break even, let alone plow profits. We would all like success, but let’s be realistic about the economics.

No Fulmer may think the best thing to make the Lady Vols great again is to hire an up and comer. We'll see. I know he doesn't want to fire Holly but he's going to have to if he wants to compete for championships again. She's never gonna get it done. Doubt we get to sweet 16 again with her at the helm. JMO

I agree. He knows the value of the LV brand. You step the contract up with bonus provisions for performance. My first call for HC.

Besides him, I can think of a half dozen not named Schaefer or Staley in the SEC alone I would take over Holly and they could pay less than $1 million and the team would be competitive for the SEC title every year.
