Perhaps the McBride family that has a Meals Plan account set up. Details are in the FF.Sorry been out for a bit but trying to catch up with some couple hundred pages but I don’t think that is going to happen. So just start fresh.
I did see someone call out something about someone in need. Anyone provide further details?
You got 'em.Sooo.. my 75 year old grandpa got his mri back today after 5 chemo treatments. Tumor crossed both sides of brain. Completely gone on one side and other side has shrunk. Will do radiation for now and possibly stem cell later. Dr said his body couldn't take any more chemo right now. Prayers appreciated !
Poster on VQ saying look for Johnson to end up at LSU and it would make sense with them now having an opening...
Might see Tee to UT sooner than later if Johnson goes to LSU.
So what that tells me is that since Pat Summit left the program, the Lady Vols are not viewed as anything other than an average program in the minds of other coaches. At one time I believe that anyone not named Geno, would have killed to coach the lady Vols.
Do you view Louisville, Baylor, Ms State, or Oklahoma as blue blood programs?
College coaching landscape has changed the last 10 years, even in women's basketball. The money has increased so much at every P5 school that coaches aren't automatically jumping to "blue bloods" anymore. If the guy at UL is making $1 million per year where he can have a job the rest of his life as a program builder, he isn't just going to jump to UT unless it's a significant raise.
I like Vic Shaeffer at Miss. State, but I am not sure he would jump either. He makes $1.6 per year.
The Louisville coach makes $1.5ish too. When you hire a coach you've got two choices, take a risk on a up and coming coach and pay less, or break the bank and hire a proven coach. Everyone has a price, it's whether you want to pay it or not. Tennessee should know the risk when trying to hire on the budget with the football program. My guess is they'll role the dice with an up and comer on the lady Vols hire.College coaching landscape has changed the last 10 years, even in women's basketball.
