These generational things are ridiculous because I was born in 1981 and I’m 37 years old. I have almost nothing in common with someone born in 1996 who is probably just graduating college. I graduated UT 15 almost 16 years ago when that person was in 2nd grade.

These random cutoffs are stupid because obviously I have a lot more in common with someone born in 1980 or 1979 then I do 96. Different stages of life, kids, thoughts of future retirement and planning etc.

Have any of you guys ever coached anything? The takes on here. Wow.
Yes I have. Why don't you try interjecting yourself productively into the conversation with reasons why you don't like this take instead of uselessly emoting your exasperation?

Putting people in groups such as "generations" is pointless and stupid. A person should be judged as an individual. Conformity sucks. Just do you.
Except the vast majority of people in generations end up sharing a lot of qualities. I'm guessing almost everyone in your generation would also agree that "conformity sucks," which is ironic haha.

2nd, 4th, 5th 2 6th, and 7th round picks left. traded away the first for Kamara then traded 3rd for Bridgewater. Honestly don’t remember what we gave up for Apple, might have been the 4th.

Didn’t trade any for AK. The first was for Marcus Davenport. 3rd for bridgewater. 4 for apple

You're not gonna get many to own up to it no matter what. For some reason, Millennials became first a partisan punching bag (oh teh noes they're so entitled!) and then just a punching bag for everyone who wasn't a Millennial. Personally, I fall in between. I'm at the tail end of Gen X and the beginning of Y/Millennials. That hard timelines would put me in X but demographers have proposed that we belong a bridge generation (a tiny slice in time where a group shares markers for two generations) and tbh, I think that's true. Those of us between 77-80 (and really that could be extended in both directions a few years) share qualities with both Xers and Millennials.

At any rate, the whole generational warfare thing has always perplexed me. The older generations raise the younger ones and are responsible for how they turn out so it's always seemed hypocritical to criticize too much.
The problem for the last 40-50 years is that many parents did not raise their children.. They were afraid or too lazy to provide guidance to their children and therefore were not not very good parents which means they were responsible for what their children became.

is this your opinion or do you have some documentation for this claim?

So about this Hurd/Kamara dilemma....

just kidding...almost got you morans going all night about it. There should be a file of posts that you can just regurgitate without having to go to the trouble of typing. It would save you guys some valuable time.

Am I imagining this, or have AL & GA been turned down by several candidates?
A. I thought that only happens to us. Nice to be wrong there.
B. Is that some indication that things aren't going so great for those programs this time around the coaching carousel?

In Bama case they picked Sark over Chip. Chip didn't want to do Co-OC thing.

UGA is all about Kirby backing himself into a hole. He had to give Coley play call duty. Your not going to get Gran to be a figure head without play call duty. I don't even know why they interviewed Raymond. That guy is the gundy of assistants. Always interviews for a pay raise at LSU

Have David Johnson and Weinke been out on the road recruiting this week?

Now that you mention it I don't think anyone reported where the assistants were. That may be by design to not give away what is being worked on. I noticed YAC liked wanya twitter post that Kenyatta put up about morris leaving for TN. So maybe sticking around if they don't find promos somewhere. I would think Weinke would find a QB job somewhere in college or pros
