Doug Mathews on Big Orange Sunday just spent the 1st segment talking about the Chaney hire and made it clear that Chaney, Fulmer and Pruitt had been having conversations for months and Chaney expressed to them his desire to get back to east TN and that set things in motion thus the no rush til all details and contract got worked out.
