...and regardless of what people think about personnel or if it's a "good" job, I find it hard to believe that there aren't guys lining up (and good ones at that) to take a $1.2 million job.
3 redzone trips with zero points and refusing to blitz Lawrence to create pressure. The truth is, Tua didn't play for most of the second half during this season. I guess SEC was weaker than we though, because Bama looked terrible last night.

I didn't think they looked terrible honestly, they we're running at will Tua went over 250 and they held Clemson's rushing game in check except for the final drive. It really was a game that was closer than the scoreboard until the 4th quarter.
I think it’s time to start asking if we overhyped Tua? I’m guilty of it too but every time they played a good team he looked totally different. Clemson, Uga, And LSU/Miss state too.No, I think I’m allowed to have an opinion. Lol.
Seriously, I agree. Bama is too talented not too. But as we’re learning with our basketVols, elite coaching can often get downplayed when those teams go against others with supposedly more talented teams. Saban admitted that he got out-coached so my opinion has some fact to it as well. However to your point, there’s a very good chance we see this game again next year.
There are...but that's irrelevant. It's about finding which guy will take that money AND Pruitt wants.
They gave them 14 points on turnovers in the 1st half. They should of kicked the field goal a few times in the red zone, you take the points. They secondary was exposed though....Clemson receivers was carving them up.3 redzone trips with zero points and refusing to blitz Lawrence to create pressure.

Yes it was very ineffective but they blitzed a bunch on 3rd down
Be interested in the numbers on how often. One thing I gathered watching the game & post game with Saban.
He was worrying about Trevor & the WRs. So Clemson's Oline is the real MVP of that game. Giving up nearly zero pressure in passing game, then imposing their will in the 4th. Impressive performance there.
I hated all the wildcat and i didn’t think they used Jacobs enough. I remember saying i think they will hurt Clemson from the a slot... they catch a 70 yard TD right up the hashes and never really go to it again lol.He looked bad last night. Which comes back to my point. He hadn’t seen a defense schemed that well against him EVER. Not even Kirby did it. I think Tua will be fine but Bama’s pass game is a slant, deep post or scramble pass. They run to set up theory plays and for the life of me, I don’t understand why they went away from it.
