I research it everday. "MJ Today Daily" is my go to. Cant remember where I seen or read it but have come across it as of late. The research is new so they are going to be finding out more and more as it continues.

Is it peer reviewed?

Not that so much as I'm assuming that our assistant coaches know how important stability is to a rebuild and are happy at UT for at least another year. If they're contacted by other programs, Pruitt is in a position to give them a bump... unless he'd rather have the spot. I would expect more movement next year than this year.

I dont doubt they understand stability. Nor do I doubt Pruitt does. And while it's nice to believe they all have UTs best interests at heart everyone on staff save Pruitt can promote up. Pruitt left home to do it.
Hopefully he doesnt get stuck behind that if given the chance to hire a better coach.
