You don't know many people from Canada or Europe, do you? Canadian HC system sucks. UK system sucks. Germany has morphed into a two tier system because the govt run system sucks. If you have money and can buy a supplemental health policy, you get moved to the front of the line. But tell us your experience with it...It will be. And for ever after the question will be, "What took you so damn long?".
This is a lot more common than it should be. A woman in our area has been here over 35 years, she’s got a pension and 100% of her healthcare will be paid by the company. She told this other guy she doesn’t think she can ever retire. How? Where is your money? There are so many people who contribute the minimum to their 401k to get the match and that’s it. No stock portfolio or any other investments. Whatever is in the bank is free to spend. We have employees who stay two nights in a hotel and have to be reimbursed IMMEDIATELY because they can’t cover $300. It’s dumbfounding to me.I am amazed at the amount of people that I work with that live paycheck to paycheck. I'm on my 3rd week of a free vacation. Told my supervisor I'll stay home for as long as it takes. "But you might not get paid!!!"...Ok. Plebes.

I have lots of friends coming from countries that have nationalized healthcare. Not a one prefers our system.
Several. And by and large, they prefer their systems. You don't know many people from Canada or Europe, do you? Canadian HC system sucks. UK system sucks. How about you guys start a gofundme universal health insurance deal. See how many give vs. take..
Why? Because they have to pay directly vs. being taxed to death. Not one of mine prefers their old one. Conundrum.
I will say my German friends think their system is okay, but they all have the supplemental policies. My Canadian friends and Brits despise theirs.
I'm willing to bet the wall fund exceeds the "universal healthcare" fund. Test the theory for us..It would be nice if that sort of thing worked. The go fund me effort for the wall has come up way, way short even though the idea is very popular with so many on the Right. I know you probably don't believe it but there are some things only governments can do in a country of 300M.
You need to go to a different hospital. My wife had an unplanned C section with a brief NICU stay and it wasn’t half of that. First kid wasn’t 20% of that.I have pretty liberal friends and they tend to be under 50, so they've not needed a lot of medical care in their home countries. That probably helps explain the difference. They certainly are shocked at how much it costs to get routine medical care and have a baby delivered in the US.
Our bill from having our son delivered was over 45k. Insurance covered almost all of it, but it was a completely routine birth. Something is wrong if it costs nearly 45k to have a baby delivered, don't you think?

You're obviously having a bad day.Religion doesn’t factor into this point. Stop with your circle jerk deflection.
Do not preach about “life” protected by .gov when they are expending funds and resources to take life.
Lol. Sure thing. Keep trying to sell that snake oil. You're obviously having a bad day.
Considering that fact, I will give you 3 free passes.
You can make 3 ridiculous comments and I will not even ask you to defend them or even point out how ridiculous they are.
