Arkansas outlet KATV reports the deputy has been placed on paid administrative leave while the sheriff's office investigates the shooting. The deputy is a K-9 handler.

Not saying they don't exist, but to come in here and drop that comment in response to what has been posted in this thread(s) is lazy on your part. The overwhelming majority of these items are egregious actions by law enforcement officers.
