Bone’s development was also slowed a bit his first year. I can’t remembet how many games he missed, but he had a foot injury at the beginning of the year. Half way through last year was kind of his first full year.

Have loved his game since the beginning. He's got the extra gear while staying in control. Lot of guys can go fast, but not maintain control of their games. Great attitude and work ethic and it shows. Enjoying the show this season.

Texas isn't dominating OU tho. The B12 simply isn't a healthy conference. It's the opposite of the SEC where everyone gets an equal say.

So that’s why all those 18 year old kids are throwing the Horns down sign at their commitment ceremonies? Because they’re protesting the historical financial inequities of the Big 12? They’re like the yellow vests on the streets of Paris?

No but fan resentment and institutional resentment trickles down to the players.

I was thinking the same thing. This is a game the Bruce Pearl teams found a way to lose or struggle with.
This team differs in it's consistency. You never knew which team was going to show up with the pearl teams. If they were on, they were some of the most fun teams to watch, if they were off, some of the most disappointing. These Barnes' teams are so consistent. You know what you're going to get every night. A player may have an off night but as a whole you know what it's gonna look like.

Or because they continue to be the most talked about team in the conference when they haven't won anything nationally significant almost a decade, to which the financial inequities do contribute. You must have some kids on your lawn that you need to go yell at, no?

Yeah that's the difference. They bring it on every possession. Pearl's teams were so dependent on the gimmicky press-defense that when it didn't work they would get beat.
