Lebby is not the OC. He is the qb coach. He isn't calling plays.

Tee was the sole OC. He was never listed as CO-OC. Helton and Tee both said Helton gave input when Tee wanted he wasnt the playcaller.

I have nothing but facts. You need to stop acting like the Friend and Lebby situations aren't facts. I posted some info to help you out though.

So cleared those up. Tee is the only one who called plays in FBS.

Enos had the worst o in the SEC. His power running system doesn't work. He got WORSE literally every year. Tees numbers are better.

So better than all three. Big facts. You need to stop lying.

Well I'll give you credit, you proved me on wrong on some things.

At the end of the day though Tee Martin has shown he is as big a failure at OC as these three as you put it. Whether you want to admit it or not, you don't go from first ranked offense in the conference to 11th without sucking at your job.

He won't be an OC in any conference I'd bet for at least a few years. He for sure won't be OC here.

Still, to win with our O line someone would have to hack the APP and put it on GOD mode where other teams never get the ball and we were on offense the whole time. Furthermore, we would have to set it to where all our guys on the line become the Thing and weigh 350 each, the Flash was our main receiver, the Hulk was our running back, and Thor was our QB throwing the hammer (pigskin) around. Of course, Thor would make us change our name to the Tennessee Volhallas.

Tee wasn't in my top five.

He is better than many out there though. We can do much much worse. He deserves more credit than many are giving him.

I wouldn't be head over heels if he came. I wouldn't think automatic disaster and give up watching either. He had success coaching and is also a great recruiter.

Tee, was on to butch before most of us, can't be mad at him for not coming to UT. OC or Co OC, I think he would be right for UT.

They also lost several other offensive players.

According to some on here, that is absolutely not an excuse for poor play by the offense. Should have had the backups ready. Strike two.

If Tyson was responsible why did he had worse play calling than Larry Scott this year? We were the most predictable team in the nation this year.

The playcalling was predicated by an amazingly bad inherited o-line. There at least was a method to the madness as opposed to Larry Scott's pull a play out of a hat, or elsewhere, with no understanding of flow.

Tee had better play calling than Tyson last year no question. So what happened when he came here that made his play calling ability magically disappear?

Based on what. Read the comments of the USC fans in regards to Tee Martin as the OC.

He even stated several times he gave Tee ideas when Tee wanted his input. He had no actual playcalling duties period.

So what happened to Helton's great play calling if he was responsible for Tee's success?

I disagree, but I'm not gonna argue about it. My reasons for not wanting him are mostly stupid, so I'll just say I hope its not him.

I do wish a name would get mentioned, most of us get excited about it, gets reported we're interviewing and both sides are interested and BOOM!

Yea, that'd be sweet.

Tee was the OC. Both Heltons also wanted Max Browne or whoever it was to be the qb when Tee wanted Darnold the whole time. Tee is the reason he even played.

His play calling was a major reason he for drafted. Plus Tee developed Juju and a ton of other wrs.

Fan comments on a messageboard mean nothing. The most miserable are the loudest. The JG poll is a good example. Posts are about even between if JG is terrible vs if he was average to good. The poll shows 80% think he was average to good. The ones that are mad are just really loud.


Tee had someone to replace Darnold. He got hurt. Then the game he was demoted the backup and got 35 points 271 and 3tds and no ints. He didn't coach the d.

4of 5 top scoring games last year Tee was OC. Scored more than Helton coached us to. According to you roster problems are no excuse.

Tee had better play calling when they were not on the same team.

If Helton was the reason they were good, last year we would have had way better play calling.

They say Pruitt and Friend had to step in because he was in over his head but you claim he was responsible for USC? lmao

Butch Jones insulted Tee when he came for interview. Made offer so low that Tee had to say no because Jones wanted Azzani and not Tee. Only reason he asked Tee to come was to satisfy UT admin who were pushing for Tee. From that incident grew the hate and rumors on Tee.

He is another ace recruiter that Pruitt needs badly. Hope it works out..

So there are a ton of OC candidates out there who have had multiple top ranked offenses, multiple wrs and a qb in the first round, and been named national recruiter of the year?

You need to send a list to Pruitt asap. Who are all of these guys that are available?

Neids is the stud.. need another stud and Tee would fit the bill. the rest are good, not studs though.. JP would like for it to work out but we will see.

If he wanted him to be the OC he holds those cards. And Tee has been available for awhile. From the sounds of that he would like to get him here but not necessarily in that role.
