Neal is just too slow when multiple guys are involved. He is good when someone is right in his face because he is so big, but when they get him in a real game situation he just looks ordinary.

Pruitt said last year that he expects guys to do it because it only makes them better and he doesn’t want his guys being afraid of getting injured. He just wants them to play and get better.
