Bama and Clemson.

I don't sound numb, do I?
I am still looking forward to the game. Not as much as I would if it were other teams, but it is still the last college game for almost nine, long months. I don't really like Clemson, but I have friends and family that do and I freakin' hate Bama, so I will let that fuel my enjoyment. If it gets out of hand, I can go to bed, LOL.

I want to see Chiefs v Saints

will probably get Seahawks v Ravens
ewww.

there's only 3 teams i know i don't want to make it to the SB....New England, New Orleans and Dallas.

past that, im probably rooting for the Chiefs and/or Chargers.

Revisionist history. Those Lion OL’s had high draft picks blocking for a RUN AND SHOOT. Sanders flourished in that single back set. Suited his dynamic running style. When Fontes started introducing blocking backs and tight ends it cramped his style. If Detroit had drafted Emmitt a year after instead of Sanders, they don’t install the run and shoot. Emmitt kept coming at you and didn’t lose yards. His OL fed off that. There were always Nate Newton’s and Mark Tuinei’s and Kevin Gogan’s our there. They weren’t great until they blocked for Smith. Sanders most gifted RUNNER imo. Emmitt Smith best running back.
Emmitt was a great RB..so there. I think Barry was the best. Those Lion OLs sucked I don't care what they drafted, so to me you are the one doing the revising. Emmitt had holes opened for him so big a blind man could walk through unscathed. He was great, the Cowboys OL was great .

Whatever blind men they had behind Emmitt couldn’t find them. 😎

Time is a construct. He's traveling into the future.

And I respect both sides. To each his own. There is no wrong decision and I do not Judge. However the horror stories only exist for those who play and have a catastrophic injury.
Good for you. If you don't want to get get hurt...don't play football. If you go to play football...play if you can..period.

Barry is my favorite, Smith obviously is a beast and his longevity helped, Payton & Brown we're amazing as well.

I feel like Brown in today's game may not have been as good. But Sanders, Smith, or Payton in the 60s would have still been beast.

Unlike with receiver where it's clear to almost everyone not named Hank, that Rice was the best, a valid argument could be made for probably 5 to 10 RBs who could be the best. It really comes down to a preference of style. For me Barry was the best to ever do it. But I get arguments for Brown, Sayers, Payton, Dickerson, Bo, Emmitt, LT, Faulk and AP. Maybe even a couple more. Marcus Allen and OJ were both great. There's a bunch of current RBs that may eventually get in the conversation too. There have been a lot of truly great running backs to play the game.

Has this forum already debated the merits of Sark vs. Canada? If so, could someone point me to it? If not, anybody care to chime in their thoughts?

I feel like Sark seems he would be a better fit with what Pruitt is trying to accomplish with the team as a whole. Canada feels like it would be a total shot in the dark. I can't even begin to try to predict whether or not he would be successful here.

You just summed it up completely. There wasn't really anything else that could be added to that.
