Kinda gone back and forth on this. My totally worthless opinion as a confirmed outsider would be in this order: 1. Sarkisian . 2. Osovet. 3. Chaney 4. Canada . 5. Streeter . Still don't think you would go wrong with any of this but I believe Sark would bring the most to the table. All that being said, the hire will probably be Richt, or not.

Don't doubt u a bit. I've had it once in the last decade and it was a let down. Seems like it was a lot better when I was a kid, too, mid 70s to mid 80s

Listening to Falcons beat writer today on sports radio here in Macon regarding Sark...not glowing things to say. He got the gig because Shanahan recommend him to Quinn, he (Sark) also promised not make wholesale changes to his predecessor's offense, but did anyways. Did not have a great relationship with Matt Ryan. Apparently it's all but a done deal that Falcons are hiring Koetter, who Ryan is buddies with.

Johnson doesn’t seem like one to jump for an OC job at this point. We need to keep the best WR coach we’ve had in more than a decade for more than a couple of seasons.

If it's Sark he's the OC/QB coach, Weinke finds another job, Neidemeyer coaches RBs, Lily coaches TEs, Johnson remains at WR coach and Friend is the OL coach. Osovet as an analyst for another year and come next year you make a decision if you want to add Osovet to an on the field capacity. If you do, then one of the defensive assistants will be gone to make room.

Matt Ryan has more weapons than any NFL qb and still manages to look like an average qb much of the time. It’s always someone else’s fault with him. He will never win a Super Bowl. It doesn’t matter how many coaches they fire. What would Rogers, Brady, Rivers, or Brees do with his weapons yet he makes as much if not more than all of them.
