If they truly can get Sark, just get it done. With that OC/HC background, there is really nothing anybody can say to counter him in a recruit's living room. He knows top offenses on the collegiate/NFL level. If he wanted to get back into being a P5 HC, he could do so in a 2-3 years if successful.
