FWIW i would take sark 100 times before Canada or Chaney.

I'm not sure how to feel if it's Sark. I mean he is a good coach, but it locks us into a pro styles offense which isn't the most effective in today's cfb world

It locks us into being multiple...which is always a good idea. I hate pure system guys.

But Walter Payton brought more than just his playing ability. His dedication and leadership were invaluable to the Bears.

Don't forget Riggins, and Larry Czonka. (not sure about spelling) These guys were a night mare to bring down.

Pruitt seems to be really into physical formations but also extremely open multiple sets. For a defensive minded coach he seems to really understands what offenses can to do to stretch/ manipulate defenses. I really hope gets an OC who fits that and let’s them run with it. Worked wonders for Dabo

And I think Sark is the bridge to Osovet as OC. 2-3 year time frame. Get him a position group first and then more and more responsibilities. JMO
