Idk seemed like Pruitt was pretty loyal to JG throughout the 2018 season. Defended him a lot in public and never really moved on from him when he could’ve late in the season and not gotten much flak for it.

They do and they don't. It is clear that the teams with the most stars are the ones who play for championships. It is also clear that the players with the highest star rankings go to the NFL at a higher percentage. But it is also true that some coaches are very good at evaluating talent and also coaching up lesser talent. Lot to say about confidence also.
