Not right away, and that’s one of the reasons I think he’d be a great fit. 3 or 4 good years as OC here could rehab his image enough to land another P5 HC job.

We will never know, but if I had to guess, I would say we offered, and either he didn’t like the opportunity or was using us for a raise. Afterwards, Ohio State calls, and it was a no-brainer move in his mind.

The report of a Tennessee offer two days ago was to force a play from OSU
