tannehill wasn't the only problem there. Gase is not innocent in those failures. He managed that locker room about as well as Butch did

I agree with that but it’s hard to win and build a roster when you have a QB that’s not really that good but you have to pay him anyway Bc of the market. Raiders, Vikings, ravens with Flacco , etc are all going through/went that now
