That program still expects to win. That’s why they fire coaches quicker than UT. They care more and expect to win. That trickles down to the players. Vice versa.Lol Im sure you know a lot about the UF program. The culture was awful and a major reason why he was on the hot seat coming off back to back SECE titles
A decade has everything to do with culture and program expectations. That program expects to win. Which is why they fired a guy who won back to back east titles. It wasn’t good enough.A decade has nothing to do with the current roster and what they expect.
UF had more success, by a small margin in the previous 3 years.
The administration, yes. We aren’t talking about them. Mac left an awful culture behind and players started quitting half way through the season. Mac quit too lmaoThat program still expects to win. I have a chronic disease and several doctor friends- a few who were classmates.
I know it’s super cool to complain about the rich doctors who don’t care or some other agenda- but it’s mostly a false narrative. You don’t just accidentally become a physician. It takes more than a decade of dedication while everyone else is out there starting life ahead of you and you’re studying your ass off and racking up loads of debt. It’s not generally a path for someone who dgaf about people.
And so they fired the guy and moved on before the program culture got bad and expectations were lowered. UT would have kept Mac a couple more years. Just like it did with Butch. The administration, yes. We aren’t talking about them. Mac left an awful culture behind and players started quitting half way through the season. Mac quit too lmao
