Exactly. That’s why team success doesn’t define a program or else UCF and Wash state is also a better program than Tn. Of course Hank would probably say they are.

No because Its ok to be objective even about the Univ you love.

Also if you’re gonna ignore don’t sub me 😂😂😂

You're not being objective. You're acting like college football started when the current 1st graders were born.

20 years can determine the building and falling of businesses and programs. Where was amazon or Apple 20 years ago? CFb programs can rise and fall the same way.

I’m not just talking about the last 5 years. Minnesota was a powerhouse before they win like 7 titles in the 30s-60s... are they even a top 30 program now? What about Nebraska? Are they better than us?

Off the subject but I had a huge meal today and thought about you, can not imagine what it must be like to have ur condition, whatever that is, and not be able to enjoy good food.. Feel for you..
A very sincere thank you.

I've had half a banana in the last 2 days and that still caused severe pain. I'm slowly starving and all my hopes are based on a "might help some" surgery and finding a pain med combination that does any good at all.

Hadn't said a whole lot on here until recently.
Just accepting the inevitable I guess and hope anyone else retrieves something/anything helpful from my openness.

When did I say we’re a better job than Florida? You’re very good at putting words in people’s mouths. Florida has a recruiting advantage that we don’t have. That’s true. That’s why Mullen will get some talent there. And by that I mean about 15th-20th. He wouldn’t get talent here because we don’t have that in state talent. Not sure why that’s hard to understand. He sucks at recruiting.
This is easy to understand unless you're trying not to.

I love the University of Tennessee and will support its athletic programs until the day I die. But the football program isn’t top 20 right now. It has all the tools - but it isn’t there anymore.

The same thing going on in this discussion is basically the same thing that happened during the coaching search last year. People legitimately thought guys like Chris Petersen, Gary Patterson, Jon Gruden and Chip Kelly would take this job. Of course we have a tendency to overvalue our openings. It’s because we love it so much and can’t really see it objectively.

Shouldn’t you be agreeing with HH that a program can fall? Yesterday you said our program was worse this year than when Dooley left
No, yesterday I said our program was worse when Butch left than when Dooley left which has absolutely nothing to do with what HH and you are trying to say at the moment.....that the Tennessee program is not one of the best in the nation because of current record.
