It's not his personality that holds him back -- CFB is filled with rogues, scoundrels, and weirdos and we love each one of them for it. It's his lack of maturity that's hurt him. If he ever grows up, he'll be a pretty good coach. That said, I'm not sure he'll ever grow up.
