Ball can move and keep possession
Horse manure!! You don’t have possession if the ball is moving when you hit the ground out of bounds. The ball moved more than just when he hit the ground. If that was a TN WR, I guarantee that call gets overturned. It probably gets overturned if it’s a WR from any other team besides Bama. It’s corrupt. Bama has bought everyone. I hope one day the largest scandal is uncovered that there has ever been, and we all learn just how Bama got to the top and was able to stay there so long.

Bama is gonna end up winning 3 in a row aren’t they

It’s Bama for at least the next 2-3 years. Bama about to break the sport. If anyone enjoys competitive college sports you might as well take a hiatus from CF until Saban retires or the SEC and NCAA start enforcing rules and make officiating fair.

I would actually say that OU deserved to be in the playoffs over UGA, but UGA was and is a better team and should have been in there over OU.......if that makes sense lol
Yea I get that side of the argument. But I think if they’re actually trying to get the 4 best teams in then Uga shouldn’t be penalized for losing to bama in a super close game

I don't know about that. Clemson is a good, well balanced team.
I agree, Clemson is really good. But Bama is much better. Their defense is going to shut Etienne down and make TL very uncomfortable. Wouldn’t doubt it if he gets injured and we see the backup.

TL isn’t mobile enough for that Bama D, hasn’t learned how to slide yet, and I think that’s going to get him in trouble next week.

College’s catch rule is now more confusing than the NFL’s

If the player loses control of the ball while simultaneously touching the ground with any part of his body [except his feet, of course], or if there is doubt that the acts were simultaneous, it is not a catch. If a player has control of the ball, a slight movement of the ball, even if it touches the ground, will not be considered loss of possession.
