I’d agree but Hubbs said he heard from Okie State sources that Yurcich has told people there that he’s staying.

He may have, but that doesn’t mean we couldn’t reopen talks. When someone says “there’s nothing going on with UT” when it’s public knowledge that you interviewed, that is a little fishy within itself.

I’m just saying I thought the same thing about John Currie.

Right, but I think Hubbs is saying he heard more than just what Yurcich said publicly to that reporter at the team banquet.

Ftr I agree. I think yurcich is out but I’m just holding out hope and playing devils advocate. I think yurcich is the best person we interviewed and would’ve been the best hire too.

It’s pretty clear Saban is just in a holding pattern until Pruitt makes a hire and the dominoes can start to fall.

Kingston is all over this imo. You think Pruitt is hiring someone without in depth conversation with them? Nope. Interest is one thing but plenty in process to finish. You think the Falcons are like, sure Steve take the afternoon off to talk with someone else about another job. I think there is known interest with some and Pruitt will move after the weekend. Could be one interview could take 7

One argument I hear for not expanding the playoffs is it would diminish a lot of the lower bowls. So far, there looks to be a lot of teams/players that don't even want to be playing in these things.

These under-card bowls are just terrible to watch.

And panicked when I graduated (as a ugrad) because I had no idea what to do with myself. Now that I'm older and have more responsibilities, I'd give about anything to go back to that confused state -- lol.

My prediction as someone who has observed lots of people under stressful situations and knows a thing or two about husbands and wives: She will do fine despite the grind of it all. (You may not survive it but she will :D )
