Yulrich was first choice turned it down. Offer for sark has been made. Believe me I have a sour taste to Sark because I feel he’s the reason my falcons suck, but taking a step back I’m a fan.

From the first moment of Yurcich, I knew we were getting the Ok State special. Gundy told him we’re the gold was buried

Sark checks the boxes. Has experience calling plays at a high level. Has had very successful offenses. And he’s someone I believe Pruitt would trust to run the show. The latter point is extremely important. He needs to hire someone he trusts to run the offense. He didn’t trust Helton it appears

Two key statements that are truth. The later was obvious early in the season when he made him come down from the booth and stand on the sidelines where he could chew on him. To deny the former is to deny history.

I'm just going to throw this out there because I believe a reasonable conclusion can be drawn amidst all the angst on here at times. It just may be that CJP, with Fulmer assisting as needed, may know what he is doing. He may actually understand offenses since he was a HC in HS and spent his entire collegiate coaching career winning NC rings by dissecting opposing teams O's. He and his staff proved their recruiting abilities following Botch's 4-8 debacle and this past 5-7 season despite being terrible on O. Being #121 in total O and #108 in O scoring should tell every Vol fan how different this last season could have been. So getting the Jimmies and Joes is underway. Now hire the proven OC who will work with the existing good staff to get the O going. Sark fits the profile and has been at elite levels in CFB along with his NFL experience. If it's him, count me as excited.

He’s an 8-4 offense like cutcliffe now. Rpo and spread are passing them by. Good teams with good coaches can defend that bubble screen offense

Has he stopped drinking? Atlanta fans blame him for the team problems. I hope this is a good move for us.

How can fans make the argument that it’s Sarks fault and obviously, why is he on the chopping block?
Don’t like his play calling in key situations. They had a decent amount of injuries tho. Hard to follow up what Shanahan did during that SB run too

My guess is they gotta throw someone under the bus and he’s their pick
