I have an 8 year old granddaughter, and I cannot even imgine...Just a few years back, our family friend's son and his children were hit head-on by a drunk driver. The son was killed, and his young son had brain injuries...Yeah, I wanted to kill people...Including the judge(s) who had let this guy off for previous DUI's. The guy should not have ever been given a license again.

But having a license rarely stops anyone from not driving, unfortunately...

A beautiful 8 year olds life ended by a scumbag...oh God help me I am so furious and hurt...

You fine fellas inspired me. I went and picked up some Jefferson's Reserve tonight. Very nice, very smooth. They had no Weller and I have had Bulliet.
Had a glass of that neat and now enjoying a hand made Kentucky mule with some four roses just because I was in the mood.

Oh man. I’ve had it before and liked it, but bought a six pack a couple weeks ago and did not enjoy it at all Maybe just got a bad sixer.

I’ve run into that issue before. But I think the key is to drink when it’s food and cold and not chilled.

If it helps calm fears, get a second opinion. Do you have a retired doc friend or go to another pediatrician you can consult?

Even great doctors get tunnel vision. Fresh eyes and new symtoms as a disease progresses may be helpful.

Human mediicne is in another league, but as a veterinarian, i would gladly refer cases to my colleagues. To confirm what i suspected or see if i may be missing anything. They did the same with me.
