Draft a QB in one of the first 2 rounds. Have him back up until Mariota goes down.
There are too many important issues to address for that to be a necessity, right now, imo. Which is also why I think it's a pipe dream for Nick Foles, unless Mariota has a significant injury from yesterday that would carry over into next season (which is what I'm afraid of with Casey).

But interior OL, WR and DL are all greater needs. I'm still undecided if its Mariota being THAT injury prone, he holds the ball too long, or if the OL is THAT bad, or what...

When he's healthy, and given time, he can be a top 10-15 QB. Maybe better.

It’s more Andrew Luck than the Colts IMO.
Luck is a top 3 QB in the nfl imo. And has been ever since he’s entered the league. He has a good Gm now, so it wouldn’t surprise me if they won the super bowl soon.

I definitely wouldn’t want to face them in the playoffs

His Oline is protecting him for the first time in his career, not good for the rest of the AFC South.

I think Mariotas troubles are blocking scheme and OC not understanding how to fully utilize his players. I agree with OL, first pick should be a guard and I'll be disappointed if it's anything else. WR is turning out to not be as big of a need as previously thought.

Blantons is a good too.
Funny story about it, my cousin was invited to a private tasting with Julian Van Winkle. They had s blind tasting including Pappy 25 year, along with the other years, and several other high end BTAC bourbons, the Blantons won hands down.
I've just about had it all, cheap and expensive. For the money, Buffalo Trace and Weller are just hard to beat. I like Bulleit as well.
Another crazy good one for cheap is Heaven Hill bottled in bond. It's like 20 bucks, but amazing.

Would like to try Pappy and Rip. Great stories...

Tried Angel Envy??

We see it exactly the same way. So should most Vol fans that watch the Vols this past season. Spain looks like Carvin out there at times. Drat a G and dial in the blocking scheme to fit the big guy. Lafleur keeps wanting to use traps, stretches, and his version of the counter trey off tackle. Stupid. Get the ball in Henry' hands early and one cut and go. Have a fullback or H-back do kick out blocks occasionally to keep them honest. When they do they usually get good yardage because the line doesn't have to be overly mobile and the D secondaries and LB's really don't like taking #22 on.

Off topic, but is it just me that thinks Nick Foles plays better than Carson Wentz in Philly?

Philadelphia sports radio is going to be absolutely nuts this offseason with the way Foles has played, his contract being up, and Carson Wentz looking like he regressed after his injury last year. Plus Carson’s rookie deal will be up in two years, so they have to decide if they want to pay him franchise money soon.

Exactly. The previous coaching staffs built a hard nosed OL. When LeFluer uses them as a hard nosed OL they get big chunks. When he doesn't it's usually a loss.

I understand the org's thinking with starting Wentz this season after he went 14 games starting the year before. I hate it though. Thought it was the wrong move then and now. Foles took the team on his back and won a SB. Who in their right minds replaces a SB winning QB with Wentz coming off an ACL late last season? The Eagle players immediately responded when he took over just like they had the season before. Eagles have a tough decision to make in the off season.

Has it been discussed that having Fulmer recruiting may be a reason to delay the OC hire? Makes sense to me. Let’s do it again next year except with a lower level assistant...

It’s darkest before dawn!

And joy comes in the morning. 😭 I’m overjoyed to say my son’s temperature has come down!!!! Praise God!!! He looks like he’s gone through hell though and has developed a nasty little cough.

Hopefully it stays down. No small thing what you guys did to pray for him. My deepest thank you, my friends 🙌🏻

That is great news!! There is nothing like watching a child or spouse cling to life and feel helpless. It is something that no one is prepared to handle
