Yeah I’ve been a fan of his. Well, of what little I’ve seen without a subscription.

Tennessee’s big week a big win for Jeremy Pruitt

I like the way this guy writes. Good article. I’ve also heard him a couple times on Knoxville sports radio. He comes across as an actual journalist, not some nerd like Rucker.
I think it would be great if Ubben would replace John Adams. I kind of miss old style journalism where are the writer and the publication actually adhered to some sort of responsibility for what was printed on the paper and there was an actual editor that proofread the copy before it was printed.

I hate to disappoint you, but Ubben thinks Guarantano is a good quarterback. I bet that's stings, doesn't it?

Glad I opted not to download another stupid app for one article. And there's a subscription charge, too? Heck no. I can learn all I need to know about football and life and junk right here on Volnation!!!

Ok, I will give this reporter credit, he "researched" which in my book tells me that he is not commenting on any personal biases. However, he is a rookie when it comes to "Southern Fried Football" and his reluctance to fall into the trap to play up to the crowd is admirable. One thing is true and the day is long, Southern Football Fans know their stuff, and acting like you know something about this culture vs living it, will lose credibility faster than calling Vanderbilt a Football School. I will keep my eyes on this reporter.

Since it's too late to bring back Tom Siler and Red Bailes, Ubben would work.

Could someone post summary of what the article says rather than just approvals and disapprovals of the writer?

Ok. Which is worse: He is putting in the work and can’t figure it out or that he isn’t and could?
That's a question pondered by many people....for a very long time...any by people much smarter then me.

Your assumption is flawed...you believe that if he did put in the work then he could figure it out....you don't know this. There are billions of examples of people putting in the work and never succeeding.

Also...where did that question come from....it's like your grasping for thin air and then looking in your hands to see if there's anything there.
