Never too late to make an impact Foster/adopt

I've been thinking about it a lot. But even now, it's daunting to think about whether or not you're good enough to shape the life of a child. I consider that such a great responsibility and even though I'm older now, I still fear screwing it up.

My understanding is he'll need a waiver from the NCAA to play in 2019. Otherwise, he sits a year.

Thanks. I guess I don’t understand the new ncaa transfer rules about not sitting out a year. I thought the reason all these QBs were moving around was because the sitting out requirement went away. Clearly I’m not up to date on some of this...
