GO BACK TO THE FOOTBALL FORUM!

I hate how people want to wallow in an imaginary puddle of misery.

We should be welcoming 17 new VFLs. Congrats to all the signees, I am looking forward to watching yal succeed at the University of Tennessee.

Interesting side note. We have only had 1 2019 decommit since Pruitt's arrival, and that was a Butch Jones recruit. We are bringing in kids with loyalty and drive. They aren't scared of 5-7.

LETS GO!

That's a good stat. Although, I believe there may be one or two from this current class of commits that do not end up signing.

yep. this class won't be defined by the ones that didn't become a part of it.

Since we're all collectively retarded can we like.... never start a recruiting "who we get" poll ever again?

Predict the Vols ESD

POLL: Who's in?

Plus last year on NSD someone started a "Who we get" poll that listed 10 blue chip guys we were heavily in on and we went 0-10.

I'm pretty sure we're all delusional or these polls are jinxing us.
What do you mean? The only ones who the most recent poll predicted to sign were gray wright and crouch that who i picked and i'm still fifty fifty on crouch but i though i'd give Pruitt the benefit.

That's good because that is where we are looking at hovering for the next couple of years at this rate...

You guys don't understand Jack about recruiting and kids and what they say and do. @Atlanta VOL these guys that like this don't deserve your time appreciate you but I would stop posting because these jack ***** don't deserve your time

Especially recruiting. Hell most of the times the parents or kids themselves don’t know what they are doing.

Ahh so currently being 16th in recruiting means 5-7 seasons but 15th means our rivals are “racking them up”

Are you this dramatic in everyday life or just when you get big mad online?

Cut him a break... If I lived in Alabama I would probably be miserable too.

quit splitting hairs, you know exactly what I mean--- our rivals are winning the recruiting battles...

are they? no one flipped on our end, and we didn't get any one to flip to us. sonds like a push.

Crouch is signing Friday and clemson has signed 26 kids today...that's good for us.

Gray decommitted from Michigan, and by all accounts, will sign with us tomorrow.

Wright is still very much in the fold, and hopefully we'll get the good news on Jan 5.

we haven't "lost" any battles today. the battles we did lose, and win, were done so a long time ago. today has gone pretty much like it should have for us, given who was committed, and where they were committed to.
eboigbe to Bama, committed there.
Cain to PSU, committed there.
Ellis to Baylor, Committed there.
Payton to MSU, Committed there.
Anderson to USCe, committed there

we took the swing on all of htem and we were right in doing so. there's only something to gain by doing so, we lose absolutely nothing by trying.

Lifelong vol, alumni and $upporter. Great comeback though.
What a a$$hole reply

Just friendly banter...the orginal poster did not seem to have a problem with it.....Just your .02 cent opinion.....I understand.....

Let me add that Memphis87 is more than a realistist....The way it Looks to anybody is not the way it is. Maybe he is uniformed or doesn't know about the potential of the players being coached by this Staff. Easily stated the Coach and Staff do or they would not offer or accept the LOI.

The Staff and CJP have been recruiting for a while they know how precious the slots and that their evaluations are critical.... I am betting if they allowed these players to sign and they want quick results they are doing so without any regards to Star Ratings which is generated by pros but not professional. Case in point Cam Sutton...for one.

Much easier sitting on a computer evaluating verses knowing the entire deal of why and how and how talented.......

Yea it’s a two way street in maybe we should target a little lower guys besides the absolute top. But if weren’t trying to get them...our fans would be even more upset.
